I love listening to Rich Roll on a long road trip. His interviews are mind blowing and I learn something new every time. Each week Rich delves deep into all things wellness with some of the brightest and most forward thinking, paradigm busting minds in health, fitness, nutrition, art, entertainment, entrepreneurship & spirituality. Intimate, deep and often intense, these are not interviews. They are conversations. A weekly aural dance designed to provoke, educate, inspire and empower you to discover, uncover, unlock and unleash your best, most authentic self. My favorites are with Amanda Chantal Bacon from Moon Juice and Guru Singh .

Recently discovered this podcast, and before I knew it I was listening to episodes from 2015! The majority of shows feature guest interviews with world-class experts in the health & wellness community. Periodically, the two hosts will tackle a health topic they are passionate about. Either way, you’re in for a treat. I was blown away by their dog health episodes and this one about the long road to success!
This is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me, but these ladies and their witty banter allow for grizzly acts to be more bearable. My Favorite Murder is a true crime comedy podcast hosted by Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark. To be honest, they label their podcast crazy so I don't know which link to post, but enjoy.
