FAQs

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased on momandpopshoppe.us for return or exchange.  In order to be eligible for return or exchange, clothing and items must have their original tags intact. Any items with tags removed will not be considered for returns or exchange.

For Returns, please email ( shoppemomandpop@gmail.com ) within 7 days of receiving the package stating your intention to return the item(s). We’ll credit you with a gift card upon receipt of item(s) .

If an email is not sent within the initial 7 days of receiving the item(s), the item(s) may not be exchanged or returned.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund or exchange. If the item(s) are not postmarked within three days, we cannot refund or exchange.

Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?

No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, just send it back to us with a note explaining the item you’d like to be exchanged. If you request an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll contact you about finding a suitable replacement. If no replacement can be found, you’ll receive store credit instead.

We will contact you invoice you privately for shipping charges on exchanges.

How to send back merchandise?

Remember to first email us at ( shoppemomandpop@gmail.com ). (Returns and exchanges will only be honored if an email is received within seven days of the delivery of your order) Then, pack all items in the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.
